Hi,
My diagnosis is as follows:
Primarily CLAN culture because of what employees share about the atmosphere and behaviors . In addition to CLAN, I think it’s MARKET culture, because as the director herself said that they are like a family and seem love the stability in the system but at the same time they respond as professionals when there’s a “need”. So I guess it’s very little ADHOCRACY but much more MARKET culture. No HIERARCHY.
Overall, a big family which like the stability but at the same time flexible to changes when the market needs it but does not want to risk anything.
